Our policy/ Terms and Conditions
- Our Pricelist does not include hair.
- After 15 minutes of being late your appointment will be canceled automatically.
- A deposit is required to confirm your appointment this amount is non refundable.
- Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE unless the appointment was canceled by us!
- Client must arrive with clean,product free & blow dried hair. If you wish a blowout at your appointment please make sure to add this to your booking.
- If you wish to change hairstyle choice please notify us to see if it's possible!
- Come alone to your appointment!
- We only accept cash payments!
Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If this is not the case, I will be obliged to charge the full amount.
NO SHOW!
If you do not show up, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the full amount will still be charged.
